Please read the following terms and conditions before you proceed to the registration page:
Grade: My student is in 8th grade
Rate: $30 per student (price includes father/mentor)
We encourage and recommend this event to be for the student and their dad or male mentor such as an uncle, grandfather, or adult family friend. If there is not a male role model who can attend, we welcome moms or another special guest. Please don't hesitate to reach out to matt.wilson@gwinnettchurch.org with any questions about this—we want to partner with you and your son to create the best experience for this event!
Refund Policy: Cancellations made before Monday, April 27, will receive a full refund. Cancellations made on or after Tuesday, April 28, will receive no refund of any kind.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to jean.sohn@gwinnettchurch.org and confirmed with an email response.
Media Release: I hereby give my full consent to North Point Ministries, Inc. (NPMI) to photograph and record my student's participation in any NPMI programs or events. Further, I hereby consent and authorize NPMI to use and to authorize others to use said images, videos, and audio recordings for promotional and educational use and for inclusion in NPMI resources, which may be sold. I understand that my students' image may be used, but their name or personal information will never be used for promotional purposes or in for-sale products without additional, separate consent.
Discipline: I agree to provide transportation home for my child in the event of a severe disciplinary issue.
